12-7-01 - I made it through the evaluation/judging phase of the Runoffs. I was invited back for the final day this sunday at sears point. It looks like its gunna rain, so im not expecting to get very far on sunday.. but we will see. :)
11-29-01 - I took the 3 day Russell Racing school at Sears Point over Nov 26-28th. It was fun, had a young guy who was 2 time kart champ, alot of autox'ers, some corporate types etc. I set the fastest lap of the class by 2 seconds. I deceided to give the Russell Runoffs a try next week, even though i havent lapped in the formula cars they will use for that event. If you do really well you can get a free season of racing in their series.. thats the only way ill be able to get back into these cars because its really expensive and im broke as a joke.

10-15-01 - Went to willowsprings with TracQuest, they put on another great event with more track time than most people could use. Added a picture to the pictures page taken at the track.. shows the new wheels and stuff.
10-13-01 - Im going to TracQuest's event at Willowsprings in Oct.. it should be fun, with ALOT of track time. Price is $275 for the day, including catered breakfast and lunch. Check out the website, you can still signup! After running with the new big-ass CCW wheels with victoracers mounted last weekend at Buttonwillow, i think i can run sub 1:35's at willow springs... with a stock car, and just those wheels mounted - ill know for sure after monday. :)
